Yosemite Fees To Remain Unchanged

  Date Friday, June 22nd, 2007

A plan to increase entrance fees to Yosemite National Park in January will not occur, the federal government has announced. Park Superintendent Michael Tollefson said a waiver to the fee increase will remain in effect for at least one year, meaning that all park entry fees will remain unchanged. It costs $20 for a passenger car to enter the park (good for seven days), $10 for a motorcycle, $40 for an annual pass and $10 to walk or bicycle into Yosemite.
