Tellebration - Youth Story Telling

Mariposa County is renowned for its story-telling tradition, one that goes back to native-American days and was part of the traditions of the California Gold Rush. Story telling begins early in Mariposa County with children learning the craft before they enter the first grade. This Saturday, Nov. 17, Telebration, Mariposa County’s Youth Story Telling Performance will occur at 7 p.m. at the Mariposa County Government Center in downtown Mariposa.
