Yosemite Renaissance XXIII

The national, juried art show, Yosemite Renaissance XXIII, can be viewed at the Yosemite Museum Gallery in Yosemite Valley through May 4, 2008 (10 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., Friday through Monday).

From a record 465 entries, 38 paintings, photographs, sculptures and drawings by 34 artists were selected for the exhibit, including pieces by Yosemite artists Linda R. Abbott, Susan Bolen, Elizabeth Carmel, Michael Frye, Marian Gault, Peggy Hansen, Mark Heliger, William Neill, Penny Otwell, Son Shiu and Carol Rae Shockley.

The show showcases, annually, artistic expressions reflective of Yosemite National Park.
